• We aggressively clean the floors. This will remove all of the dirt and oil. this will also prepare the floor so that the new finish will adhere to the old finish.

What is the advantage of using our services?

• We can do a floor start to finish in one day.
• There is no odor or harsh chemicals involved.
• No mess!
• If you have an older home with some character a newly sanded floor will display older homes blemishes.

How often should this be done?

• The product is a water based urethane which is very durable.
• We also use a floor finish that is anti-static which makes it much easier to clean.
• This is like carpet cleaning. "How often" depends on its use.

How shiny will the floor be?

• We usually make them very shiny but we can put a softer shine on the floor.

Can we do pergo or prefinished wood floors?

• Yes!
• We do them a little different but we can make them look great.
• Don't let them go too long. If you wear out the finish they cannot be repaired. It's better to wear out my finish than your floor.
